We work directly with your wedding coordinator to lock in timelines, logistics, and every detail.

Talent fully briefed

Your performers know the schedule, the venue, and any attire or dress code requirements before they arrive.

Playlist planning

Once you book, we share our playlist so you can pick your favorites and tell your DJ exactly what to play.

MC services

Need someone to run the room? Add a professional MC through your DJ for the ceremony, the reception, or both.

Contracts, handled

We prepare and manage every agreement. All you have to do is sign.

Venue insurance, covered

Many venues require proof of insurance for performers. We take care of it so it never becomes your problem.

Sound and lighting

Most of our bands bring their own sound system. We coordinate lighting with your venue, and can supply lighting rentals as an add-on.

One simple payment

You pay us directly, and we pay the talent. No chasing down multiple vendors.

We recommend booking at least 60 days before your date. If a cancellation ever happens with enough lead time, we'll work to place another of our talent groups.

Our story

How The Wedding Concierge came to be.

For more than twenty years I've worked in the music industry as a producer and studio owner in Atlanta, recording artists, musicians, and bands across alternative, pop, rock, R&B, and hip hop. Along the way I built relationships with a deep bench of talented performers in every genre.

I've spent the last several years booking events and gigs, handling contracts, and putting together entertainment for weddings. The Wedding Concierge brings that experience together in one place, so finding the right music for your big day is simple, and the details are taken care of.
